Notch another record in the books for LeBron James. The King became the youngest player in NBA history to hit 27,000 career points Friday, scoring 27 in a 105-94 win over the Washington Wizards.
LeBron reaches the mark at 31 years and 317 days old. That beats the previous milestone of 32 years, 160 days, set by Kobe Bryant.
While James hasn’t turned 32 yet, this is his 14th season in the NBA, entering the league at age 18. He’s already had a longer career than previous greats such as Magic Johnson and Larry Bird.
