Just when we thought that things are beginning to fall into place for the Arsenal, we have managed to record another injury to our first team.
News that Gabriel Paulista has returned to training was welcomed by the fans, but they will not be happy to hear that Theo Walcott has joined the lads at the treatment room.
The England international was excluded, surprisingly, from the squad that left for France for the UEFA Champions League game, and this saw various speculations do the round as per his fitness concern.
However, Arsene wenger has cleared the air, suggesting the 27-year-old is nursing a minor injury.
“He has a knee problem,” Wenger said ahead of their game against the French champions, as quoted by the Mirror.
“I think it’s very short term but he’s not completely fit so I left him at home,” he added.
