Chelsea midfielder Oscar has confirmed his move the Chinese Super League is ‘90%’ complete.
The 25-year-old Blues forward is set to leave Stamford Bridge in January in a stunning £52million move to Shanghai SIPG.
The Brazilian’s spent four years at Chelsea but has started just five league games under Antonio Conte this term, who is happy for the former Internacional attacker to leave.
Chelsea stand to make a £27m profit on the playmaker and Oscar’s confirmed that the move is nearly complete.
‘It’s 90 per cent right,’ Oscar told SporTV.
‘It just depends on some bureaucratic details.’
Conte’s men take on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Wednesday where the Blues will hope to extend their lead at the top of the table over Arsenal.
The Gunners slipped up in the title race with a 2-1 defeat against Everton on Tuesday night and it remains to be seen whether Oscar will be included in Conte’s matchday squad.
While any potential move would have to go through in the January transfer window, Conte may leave the Brazilian out of his squad in preparation for his departure.
